Last night, Lea and I went to see a film called Sita Sings the Blues at the MOMA. Based on the Ramayana, an ancient Hindu epic, and written, directed, animated, and produced by Nina Paley, Sita Sings the Blues was an absolute joy to watch. There's another showing this Saturday at the MOMA and I highly recommend this movie to everyone! I hope you get the chance to see the film!
